About Michael Pepin
Born and raised in New York City, Michael Pepin is a New Yorker through and through who has always had a passion for helping people and his community.
Prior to launching his own firm, Law Office of Michael Pepin, PLLC, Michael has been working as an attorney for over 12 years with experience in a variety of practice areas from employment disputes, commercial litigation, real estate transactions, and landlord/tenant issues as well as everything in between.
He also spent over six years in the financial services industry at commercial banks including Natixis, JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley, serving in key leadership and advisory roles where he developed and managed compliance programs and focused on mitigating risks and adhering to regulatory standards. He also acquired valuable litigation experience while working at several law firms from boutique shops to large national firms well known throughout the country. Michael’s solid legal experience and results oriented strategy speak volumes, and his desire to help people and compassionate approach is what makes him stand out from other attorneys. Family is the most important thing to him and he makes sure to treat each and every client like a family member.
For many years, his family has owned and operated well-known restaurants and businesses throughout New York City and New Jersey. While attending college and law school, Michael managed his family’s restaurants and businesses, and learned firsthand about the myriad legal issues faced by business owners which is why every client’s case, transaction or litigation is handled with the utmost care, diligence, and consideration.
